Hunt Scott is a firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Dorking, Surrey and we enjoy providing clients with property advice.

We provide a wide range of professional services including Valuations, RICS Homebuyer Reports, RICS Condition Reports and providing Expert Evidence for clients for properties in the Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, North Kent and South West London areas.

In addition the firm specialises in Compulsory Purchase, Compensation and advice regarding commercial Business Rates.  In these specialist areas the firm covers most of the country.

Our experience

The key personnel have many years experience in these areas and have acted for a wide range of clients ranging from individuals and small companies to major national and multinational companies as well as providing specialist assistance to Local Authorities.
